F-111 Swing Wing
This RC flight tested replica of the General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark "Pig" is designed for easy construction and can be printed using lightweight PLA (LW-PLA), often utilising Spiral or Vase mode to improve print quality and speed. Not recommended as your first 3D Plane build, try something like my free FJ-4 Fury first for example.
Designed the 64mm Electric Ducted Fans, this model has a working Swing Wing and is PROVIDED WITH 2 OPTIONS, one for catapult launching and the other with full retractable landing gear. Utilizing a minimum of 4 RC channels (x2 Elevons, Throttle, SwingWing) this model is easy to handle for those used to EDF power models.
Suits 3D Printer with minimum Bed size of approx; 220mm square or 300mm round.
