Description

3D MODEL DESCRIPTION

A 3D printed version of the famous Stinger400 created some 20 years ago by S. Sobayakin.
You can print and fly this ultimate pylon racer for under 250g. Choose between a small out-runner or an in-runner setup.
With a 60w 1806, you get a nice little sport plane. On a low cost 175w at 250g, you get a blistering little bugger and still a nice and easy landing.
Use a pair of 3mm bamboo skewers for spars or carbon rods for a high performance setup.
Included with this "kit”:
• 3mf files provided for Cura users (4.13.1)
• Factory files for Simplify3D
• STL files for all components
• Assembly manual and user guide

UPDATES:
2022-11-23: Updated Cura files; most parts are symmetrical and need to be mirrored in your slicer except for W1R-1Servo.stl. Also, WingletLstl sported a small error.
2021-08-02: Added support for QM2804 out-runner on 3S and 4.75x4.75 prop, including spinner. Fast!
2022-02-20: Updated start scripts and now all parts fit into a limited printer volume.

All the parts will fit in a 200x200x200 printer now. Following demands, I figured a way to split F3 and still have a compact way to align the 2 parts. The original F3 at 272mm is still available. I recommend printing one part at a time for best resulting parts.
